 k on a freewheel bike and start to progress towards riding on a fixed whee
 l. Along side the freewheel group will be a fixed wheel track bike group w
 hich will focus on getting riders comfortable on the bike\, starting to bu
 ild skills and prepare you for moving on to the Monday novice sessions and
  beyond. This session allows you to ride on your road bike on the track to
  experience the velodrome before you start to ride a track specific bike. 
 Once confident on the track you can progress on to the track bikes.
