DESCRIPTION:This session is designed to give riders the opportunity to ride
  the track on either a freewheeler road bike or fixed wheel track bike.&nb
 sp\;\n&nbsp\;\nWe will run 2 groups (one freewheelers and one fixed wheel)
  where each group will take it turns to learn essential skills for the tra
 ck. This session is great for all ages who want to try the track or build 
 skills in track cycling.\n&nbsp\;\nEach group will be separate as we can n
 ot mix freewheel and fixed wheel on the track at the same time.\n&nbsp\;\n
