This session is designed to give riders the opportunity to ride the track on either a freewheeler road bike or fixed wheel track bike. 

 

We will run 2 groups (one freewheelers and one fixed wheel) where each group will take it turns to learn essential skills for the track. This session is great for all ages who want to try the track or build skills in track cycling.

 

Each group will be separate as we can not mix freewheel and fixed wheel on the track at the same time.
